Rates / Guidelines

• All labor is based on a 10 ½ hour day.
  
• The ½ hour lunch break is never charged to the client.
  
• A half day is no more than 5 hours with no break.
  
• Half days are billed portal to portal when travel time exceeds 45 minutes.
  
• Overtime is calculated at straight time and a half for the first two hours and double time after that.
  
• There will never be overtime charges for equipment.
  
• Labor will always get a half day rate for travel days.
  
• A Mileage charge of $.33/mile is billed after miles exceed 30 miles one way.
  
• It is a courtesy that payment is received within 30 days from completion.
  
• Briggs Video will always supply the proper liability insurance and workers compensation.
  
• Rates are always negotiable.
